Social Media Management

Conceptualization and creative direction of social media campaigns, P2C videos, and NYT-style comic strips that tackled the ironies and complexities of critical developmental issues.

My role spanned ideation, narrative design, and execution, transforming nuanced topics into engaging visual stories that resonated with diverse audiences. Whether developing campaign concepts or scripting witty, thought-provoking comic panels, my focus was to drive both awareness and real conversation.

Notably, one of my posts achieved over 10,000 engagements, marking it as the highest-performing piece and highlighting the impact of using storytelling and creative formats to elevate cause-driven messages.

IDFC FIRST Bank

Online Reputation Management

Designing proactive frameworks to monitor, analyze, and respond to digital sentiment across platforms. My work included building rapid-response protocols for emerging issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams to address negative brand mentions, and implementing data-driven strategies for enhancing public perception.

 

This involved conducting sentiment analysis, increasing share of voice,  developing escalation playbooks, and crafting responses that aligned with both compliance standards and brand values. 


By integrating real-time insights with consistent communication, I helped strengthen IDFC FIRST Bank’s reputation, ensuring prompt redressal of concerns, boosting positive engagement, and safeguarding the bank’s credibility in a dynamic digital landscape. IDFC FIRST Bank currently has the highest SOV in the BFSI space.

This was similarly done for Bajaj Finance, Medanta, Fortis, Adani Airports, BluSmart, etc,

Personal Branding for C-Suite Executives

President & CEO Canon India
CEO, JM Financial

For Canon’s CEO, my challenge was to establish him as a thought leader in the tech space. A Japanese leader with no social media presence, the idea was to position him as an approachable, humble guy who brings in his Japanese values but is deeply interested in India's culture.  By blending Canon’s values with an approachable voice, I translated strategic wins into engaging posts and positioned the CEO as an industry authority and relatable leader. This work strengthened the CEO’s digital reputation and fostered meaningful engagement with employees, peers, and the broader Canon community. Within 6 months, he has 1200+ organic followers on LinkedIn

For JM Financial’s CEO, I designed and implemented a comprehensive executive branding and thought leadership program specifically for LinkedIn. I worked collaboratively with the communications team to ensure that each update not only showcased JM Financial’s strategic direction and leadership achievements but also conveyed a sense of approachability and authentic industry perspective. His first post garnered a 1.5x increase in followers and 300% growth in engagement.

SEO & Content Marketing

Despite its offline dominance, the brand’s digital footprint did not fully mirror its real-world presence. The brand also lacked a cohesive content strategy designed to address specific consumer queries.

That was the gap we aimed to fill with a holistic content marketing plan.
 

With content targeted from customers looking for a budget-friendly two-wheeler to those who have a more premium taste, we addressed everything through activities like on-page blogs, off-page blogs, guest posts and PDF submissions in English as well as multiple Indian languages.


The long-form content was supported by short-form content like Quora answers, FAQs and classified ads published to answer user queries quickly. We also optimised the meta tags and website content for enhanced visibility of the website on Google user searches.
